Booking conditions

Booking conditions will be exactly specified in the quote sent by email.
In general:
Prices will be the same advertised in other websites (Homeaway, Tripadvisor) LESS THE BOOKING FEE applied by the website.
Payments: a deposit of about 10-20% of the total price is required to confirm the reservation. The rest must be paid at the check-in date.
Accepted methods of payment: PayPal, Credit Cards (through Payal secure website), bank transfer, cash (only at check-in).
Deposit is fully refunded if cancellation occurs 60 days prior to check-in date.
